‘WEED THE PEOPLE’ Shows the Huge Upside of Medical Cannabis

Following cancer patients for more than five years, “Weed The People” is a revelatory film that shows how doses of cannabis oil can be key to beating cancer.

The film, now streaming on Netflix, comes at a time when legal reforms related to hemp and marijuana use are sweeping through the United States and the rest of the world.

Former talk show host Ricki Lake produced the film. She was introduced to medical cannabis use by her late husband, Christian Evans. Distribution on Netflix for the documentary will help millions of people around the world see it.
