Bob Dylan live at the Oakland Coliseum on Dec. 4, 1988, the same year he released his 25th album, “Down in the Groove,” a record that critics disliked.
His six-song set was part of the second annual Bridge School Benefit show, a fund-raiser organized by Neil Young and his wife to benefit children with severe communication needs and complex physical impairments.
The setlist: “San Francisco Bay Blues,” “Pretty Boy Floyd,” “With God on Our Side,” “Girl from the North Country,” “Gates of Eden,” and “Forever Young.”
