Banjo is the name of his dog. The Admiral is the name he goes by. He’s got plenty of cash, but choose to live a homeless lifestyle.

After the state of California shuts a makeshift campground he had been living in, the Admiral heads North to plunk down $175,000 for property near a freeway. There’s a ramshackle house and some acreage, and its land is said to contain lots of gold.
